Cost per booth - $125 (regular price). Early bird pricing is $75 (until Jan 10)

Your Vendor Registration will be considered complete once the online form is submitted and the payment is received.

Booth setup will be on the same day of the event (Sat, Feb 21, 2026) between 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM.

The vendor booths will be from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Cleanup must be done by 4:30 PM

All vendors will be provided a 6ft plastic table and 1 chair. Total Allocated space per booth: 7ftx5ft

You may bring a banner that can be hung from the table or if using a stand, it must be within the allotted booth area.

If a power outlet is required for your booth, please let us know in advance. In that case you may need to bring a 20 ft. extension cable, and multi-pin adapter.

If you feel the need for lighting, please bring portable battery-operated lighting. Lights that can get hot should be at a safe height to avoid accidents. Lighting or any other equipment operated by generators is not permitted in the event area.

Vendors shall display their customer sales return/exchange policy as applicable to their products in a location clearly visible to all customers. Such return/exchange policy must be honored for a minimum of thirty (30) days after our event. For each customer transaction, Vendor will issue a written and detailed receipt which clearly displays its business name, contact information for returns, and date of sale. 

Registration Fees are Non-refundable.

Sharing of booth space with other vendors is strictly prohibited.

Liability Release: By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you are taking part in this event at your own risk and that you do not hold Global Organization for Divinity (GOD) and their members or volunteers responsible for any unfortunate events inside or outside the program venue, on the way, in the parking lot, etc.


Media Release: You also allow GOD to use photos or videos of yourself at the event for public relations purposes in newspapers/magazines/websites and other media/social media outlets.
