Cost per booth - $200 (regular price). Early bird pricing is $150 (until Feb 10)
Your Vendor Registration will be considered complete once the online form is submitted and the payment is received.
Booth setup will be on the same day of the event (Sat, Feb 21, 2026) between 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM.
The vendor booths will be from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Cleanup must be done by 4:30 PM
Food vendors must bring their own tents.
All Food Vendors are required to obtain a Health Permit from the Alameda County Department of Environmental Health. (https://deh.acgov.org/operations/tff.page)
Food vendors must use serving products which are compostable or biodegradable.
Registration Fees are Non-refundable.
Sharing of booth space with other vendors is strictly prohibited.

Liability Release: By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you are taking part in this event at your own risk and that you do not hold Global Organization for Divinity (GOD) and their members or volunteers responsible for any unfortunate events inside or outside the program venue, on the way, in the parking lot, etc.
Media Release: You also allow GOD to use photos or videos of yourself at the event for public relations purposes in newspapers/magazines/websites and other media/social media outlets.
